Brian admits that he never liked poetry. "It's too contrived," he said. "It's as if people are trying too hard to write." But then he thought that he would give it a go, so he wrote a poem about his Mum who died 50 years ago from addiction. Turns out that he loves poetry. A Skinny Book of Sketchy Poetry is his first book of poems. You will enjoy them, especially if you like things a bit on the raunchy side.
